IT APPARENTLY COSTS $175 JUST 2 TALK TO THESE GUYS

We were moving across the country and were hoping that a shipping company could make our lives a little easier, by not having to drive our vehicle almost 3000 miles. We were sadly mistaken! We contacted several different companies about shipping our vehicle and Giant Auto was unfortantly one of them. We were asked for credit information to be able to reserve a driver when found, but were assured to charges would be made without being contacted first. Giant Auto called us weeks later and we informed them that we no longer needed their services. After recieving our bank statement we discovered a charge from Giant Auto. We immediatly contacted the company to have charges refunded. Over a course of about 2 weeks we spoke to several different people. Some were rude and and very unprofessional and overall very unhelpful. I was first told the charge was for shipping and I explained they did not ship our vehicle, then I was told the charge was a deposit fee, then I was told it was for administration fees. Finally we were told our money would be refunded within 48hrs. After waiting 48hrs still no refund, I contacted them again the excuse for no refund was due to a holiday weekend. I was even given a fake confirmation # by one employees, and later told by another they don't use confirmation #s. Still no refund,then we were told our money would not be refunded at all! We never recieved any services from this company and never agreed to any deposit or administration fees. I was even told by one of the employees that "they deal with lots of customers and it is virtally impossible to make them all happy"! If I knew that was their take on customer satisfaction I would have never contacted them! I would advise to steer clear of Giant Auto and DO NOT give any credit information until you recieve written confirmation for all charges and a garantee of actual service!
