I want to update our situation. Giant refunded the deposit that was charged when they weren't able to ship our van. I appreciate their integrity in dealing with this. I would not use them again, but realize that i was shipping my van during a time of very inclement weather throughout the country that may have affected their service. In the end they did stay true to their word.
