I just returned from Afghanistan. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up in New York and delivered to my mother in Texas. The quote I received was on the 7th of February. The pickup was supposed to be within a couple of days. After spending a long terrible year at war, I have been stuck on base, instead of going on leave, for 2 weeks now.

Every time we contacted the company, another independent driver would get on the phone and try to finagle us out of more money. I have completely wasted my rest and recouperation leave waiting here for this car to be picked up. The final pickup was scheduled for tomorrow. Today, they called me, and told me that for 40-75 more dollars they could make the delivery but the pickup date would be another week.....Maybe....After my refusal, they called my mother and cancelled their service. This is the worst service I have ever received!!!.

Who knew that there were still people who were willing to take advantage of veterans and returning servicemembers. Who knew that the values of honesty and integritythat we teach and carry on to other countries, risking our lives, our very countrymen do not share...Please, do not be misled by their low quotes and promises of honest delivery!!! Buyers beware.

I would like to take a moment to first thank you for your response and also to say that Im sorry your experience with my company was unpleasant. However, I would like to say that on more than one attempt my staff had explained to you the reasons why your vehicle was not being picked up.You were trying to have your vehicle transported during the worst week of the year due to bad weather. Transportation to and from New York was at a stand still. There was 11 feet of snow on the ground. We expressed that it would be next to impossible to achieve. Also to your veteran comment I appreciate your service with our country as 2 of my employees are also service members. Once again Im sorry for your dissapointment
