Horrific nightmare

Eva at GetCarrier wrote me with a quote and told me it was “pick up today, delivery the same day.” And so decided to work with GetCarrier and hired them based on that quote. That was yesterday. The car still has not reached its destination. They have no idea where it is. They gave me a number for a “driver,” but that person has not answered a single call or text from me. I have no idea where my car is, but it was not delivered, and Eva at GetCarrier has responded to me by quoting the contract language that says it’s not guaranteed. I believe my car will never reach its destination. I have no idea where it is. GetCarrier is of no help and doesn’t seem to care. This has been an absolute nightmare I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
