I contacted Get Carriers after almost entering into a contract with another company. The other company demanded my credit card even before signing the contract and would not get back to me to answer questions about the contract. What a difference with Get Carriers! Tasha contacted me and kept me abreast of the situation even though I contacted with less than a week left for pick up. It was Christmas week so no carriers responded. Tasha asked me what I wanted to do and said wait for January. Tasha contacted me again in January and was extremely patient and kept in contact with me constantly. I had a timing issue at pickup and she was able to resolve it smoothly with the carrier. She also resolved another issue with the carrier which I greatly appreciated. She texted me twice after delivery to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Tasha Connors is all about customer service. Wish other companies were like this! Woul use Get Carriers again anytime!
