Terrible communication and follow through

I requested a quote on Nov 1st was giving the quote of $650. Signed the paper work on the 8th which stated the $650 price and asked how soon they could pick up and deliver my vehicle. I was told via email it typically takes about 3 days to get a driver. After a week I reached back out via email and was told someone would get back to me. I continued to reach out asking for a contact. Dec 1st I got a call, first time speaking with anyone there, I was told they have a driver and the price is now $1,300. Total waste of time and now I'm stuck.
