I received a quote from Kelly for $850 to move my van. It was going from Cincinnati Ohio to Tucson Arizona. I sent the quote to her two and a half weeks prior to the move. She told me she did not have anyone available at the time but as it got closer she would find someone and call me. week and a half two weeks went by and I heard nothing I called received nothing back sent a text nothing. Finally the weekend of I reached out to her several times and finally received a call back she had no one and the van was supposed to be moved on Monday. I explained to her that this was very important since my son is in a wheelchair and this van is handicapped accessible which means he cannot drive just any normal vehicle. finally the day of after 1:00 I reached out to her again letting her know that I was going to go with another driver she finally found someone after several hours but ended up charging me $1,320. I would highly recommend using another transportation service I have transported other vehicles and have not had this issue at all. It would be safe to say waiting until the day of to move the van is a joke.
