Very pleased with the customer service. No glitches at all. Dennis gave me the lowest rate compared to other competitors. Didn’t try to bad mouth other companies like the rest of them were doing which was the main reason I felt more comfortable using getcarrier services. Timing and execution was on point. And car was delivered way ahead of my expectations. Lastly, the team of the 2 drivers that Dennis matched me with were extremely friendly, professional and helpful as well. The entire experience was very smooth!! No hidden fees, no hidden charges. I’m extremely happy with Dennis and get carriers’s service.
