Getcarrier.com and EVA are amazing. I didn't have to worry about the pickup, shipment, or drop off. She kept me updated through the process and was involved enough to keep me informed but not so much that it felt like she was being pushy. She gave me just the perfect amount of attention and I am happy to say that my car was dropped off two hours ago as promised and I received follow up from Eva to be sure I was pleased with the drop off, which I am! So glad I didn't have to pick my own vehicle up!
