Hey Dina, I want to thank you for the great review and the feedback.I pride myself here on communication, I did speak to you quite a few times, there was some miss communication between the actual driver and the seller of your BMW that did potentially delay your pick up by a few hours. Although, the drivers try to make the accurate times on pick up and drop off's delays are sometimes out of everyones control in this industry such as weather, traffic, and customers being available when the drivers arrive, that is why there is always that 24hr window, a driver can not leave with someones vehicle if they are not home at time of delivery.
