Hey Mrs. Joyner, I am happy to be able to assist you in any future moves. Since we do not charge your deposit until the carrier is assigned, company policy is no refunds once he has been assigned, but at the end of the day the last thing I want is a bad taste in a clients mouth about my company, that is why once you told me you did not realize a carrier had picked it up prior to booking with me, I gave you the refund immediately.
