I just moved from Washington to Tennessee and didn't know anything about Auto transport then I googled and submit quote requests to different companies . David was the first one to call me even if a couple email me. And he told me a lot about the business and after a little price negotiation we agreed for 850. Our conversation was on Friday and he told me they will pick my car on Monday I agreed even if I was not that ready for Monday. But later that day the driver called my friend who was in Seattle to send the car and told him they will come and pick up on Wednesday or Thursday then they picked the car on Wednesday . But in the mean time when ever I called David he picked up the phone and give me all the information I want about the driver or how they will pick up/ deliver and replied all the emails with in a few minutes. It feels like we know each other for a long time. First when he promised me that he will be there till I got my car I thought he was just lying till he get my money but he really was there. Finally the driver called me on Sunday morning and told me that they will get to my apartment between 5AM and 8AM then they delivered the car with everything in place. My friend left the GPS and two luggage in the car and there was nothing missing and no scratch on the car. I definitely use Get It Done again if I need Auto Transport again.

Ted, I truly am very appreciative of the great words used to describe the relationship we built until the vehicle was delivered (It feels like we know each other for a long time)..
