its unfortunate that he fails to mention the increase for price is because he chose to go with a 2 car enclosed trailer upgrade that he requested rather than the 6 car enclosed trailer he was originally quoted for. He is upset the car was delayed getting there due to weather / winter storms and he is now writing as if he didmd request the upgrade. We are a family business for almost 2 decades in business, the last thing we want is an unhappy client. I am sincerely sorry for the delay but bad weather can slow things down!
