Michael, I am not sure why you would say the refunds was not done they were as promised. I apologize for the oversight, I can assure you this was an isolated incident. We have been in business over a decade, and transport over 12,000 cars a year. You don't get this type of longevity by not doing right by all clients. Our top priority is client satisfaction. Please see refund details below but like I said you know this already because the money is in your account refunded.
