SCAM-Subcontracted to incompetent party

I was supposed to transport my motorcycle home from another state. Due to my inexperience with towing, I reached out to Get It Done Transportation, expecting them to be experts. David was very quick to take my deposit and get me to sign the quote. Unfortunately, that has been my final contact with anyone at the company. They did not schedule a date for pick-up, despite my emails and calls to the company, but rather called 3 hours in advance to arrival. Once they arrived, I attempted to follow the instructions given to me by the driver that did not speak English. It was only after my motorcycle was damaged and I was hurt, did I learn from the police that the driver was not with Get it Done Transportation, but rather a 3rd party (OVG Line Corp) and that the trailer supplied was not suitable for a motorcycle. I have called the company multiple times, only to leave messages and not have my calls returned. Now, I am trying to navigate the insurance for the damage to my motorcycle. According to my insurance company, Get it Done Transportation refuses to process a claim with them. Instead, they have insisted on us going after the contracted company, OVG Line Corp. Unfortunately, no one at this company will speak to us in English and they have repeatedly given false insurance information. I have attempted to call Get it Done Transportation multiple times to resolve these issues so that I can get my motorcycle repaired, but they haven't answered any of my calls, nor returned them. It has been over 1 month now. As far as I am concerned, they are a scam. They weren't the ones transporting my motorcycle, they contracted to an incompetent company, and they aren't the ones helping me go after the other company to get it fixed. If they were to facilitate receiving the necessary insurance information from OVG Line Corp, I will amend this review appropriately.

Cam, I am sorry to read your motorcycle was damaged during transport. Although damage is VERY rare it is the reason we only use quality drivers that are fully insured in case an unforeseen accident occurs. To use the words Scam, and incompetent in your review is the furthest thing from what our company represents. We have been in business 17yrs and use top quality guys with no less than 5yrs driving experience, carry premium insurance and rated a min of 98% or better by other brokers to avoid issues and this is why we are rated so highly. To any potential client please know Cam was sent the COI (certificate of insurance), bond, MC# and USDOT # to file a claim. I have also tried to reach out to Cam many times but since he has written this review all my calls, emails and text have went unanswered. We are a family owned business with 17yrs of experience in this industry... that type of longevity does not happen by not making sure your clients are happy. We move close to 10,000 cars a year with over 1000 positive reviews all over the net, I wont say we are perfect (no one is) but we do go above and beyond every order to make sure it goes smooth and when ever there is a hiccup we will exhaust every effort to make it right. I look forward to hearing from you.
