Hi Jack, Thank you for your review. I apologize this move was delayed and didn't go perfect for you like the first time used me, which proves this is a rare occurrence. I apologize the truck was delayed due to a mechanical issue, The last thing we want is unhappy clients.. we did communicate throughout ultimately we dropped the ball by not loading the day you requested which made you cancel, you did receive a full refund immediately. I encourage anyone to read our reviews our last negative review on here was June 2019 1yr ago and we moved over 9,200 cars since then. Again our apologies. being a family owned business our integrity and reputation is everything which is why we are 4.5 star on google, 5 stars on transport reviews, and a B+ / 4.5 stars on the BBB. to any potential client reading this please give us a call we wont let you down 17years in business moving over 10,000 cars a year that type of longevity only happens through quality service.
