I had two cars transported from New York to North Carolina. One open carrier , the other a closed carry. Each of the drivers called to say when they would arrive. Both were very courteous and professional. The cars arrived on the arranged dates. The only problem I had was that on the open carry, the car above mine leaked oil on the hood, roof and windshield. The driver made a small adjustment on the price for cleaning. Otherwise I would have given them five stars. Would definitely use again.
