Lori, I am sorry you were not 100% satisfied. Unfortunately you are right the car was delayed by almost a week (first we had a spindle go out on the truck, it was in 1 day repair, and then the weather in Ohio was terrible over 4 1/2 inches of snow delayed 3 more days) Once the car was picked up it was deliveried within 4 days as promised. The carrier did tell me they were going to give you a 50.00 discount due to the delay, I am sorry if they didnt but I will be sure to make it right and send you a check for 50.00. We transport close to 700 cars a month and have 100's of refrences upon request, being family owned and operated we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to ensure each client is happy, and if we fail we do whatever it takes to make it right.
