Micheal, I do apologize for the driver being delayed picking up. He was scheduled for the morning pick up but due to another client not being home due to her flight being delayed when they went to drop her car off (which was almost 100 miles from you) the driver had to wait almost 3hrs for her. We did in fact communicate this with you and am happy to say the car was picked up the day as promised and delivered damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. To any potential client- Get it Done Transportation transports close to 800 cars a month, we try very hard to give nothing less then a 5 star experience. We do have over 1000 references across country at any clients request to prove we go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.
