This service was worth the "extra" cost. There were two carriers that were cheaper (a lot cheaper in one case), but when I investigated the carriers there were problems with the service.

I received a number of quotes, but Get It Done stuck out. When I read the reviews I was convinced that this was the one I should use, and I could not be happier! My vintage VW Bug was delivered safely and way ahead of time!

Dave the driver was tremendous to work with. He had patience with my 83 year old Dad who was at the pick-up end helping to make sure the car was being delivered in good hands. My dad gets into this kind of thing, and Dave let him take over, which my dad tends to do! Deliver was the next day, and Dave had the car off of the trailer and running before we arrived! The battery died over the cold winter in Pittsburgh, and Dave brought his portable charger, which worked great! Since he lives nearby (quite a coincidence, given the car was moved from Pittsburgh to the Outer Banks) he let me keep the charger in case I had problems getting the car home!

Don't get sucked into the lowest cost provider. Remember what you learned, "you get what you pay for". Use Get It Done!

Ed, your review is so honest and straight forward . YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- this is so true. Get it Done Transportation is NEVER the most expensive or the cheapest we are right in the middle priced very competitive with our competitors BUT what separates us from our competitors is our customer service, integrity and hard work.
