A lot of confusion out there

Trust Dave. I cannot speak for the others.

I received many quotes and went for the cheapest one, at first, but the agent who quoted me never followed up with me once I said I was interested. I found Dave and like the sound of his company's name, because I also follow the motto to just "get it done", so he seemed a like-minded business person. His tone of voice and manner of discussing the transaction was very likeable and I sensed he was trustworthy, and was willing to pay $250 more than my lowest quote to use Dave's service.

Then, after I booked through him, other quotes still poured in from elsewhere. When I told the other companies I chose Get It Done, they all cried fowl and provided me with links where horrible reviews were posted about Dave's service. These negative reviews made me really nervous and I tried to contact Dave immediately. Though he gave me several phone numbers where I could reach him, I only wrote down one, and when he did not respond to a message I left on his voicemail, I became more nervous, thinking he took my deposit and ran with it, as these reviews suggested he might do. He called me finally and reassured me his integrity was on the line and I believed him.

Long story short, the car was transported as expected, Dave is a total professional, the team transporting my car was pleasant and on time, and communication throughout the process was great. I recommend Get It Done completely. Those negative reviews were likely written by his competitors. My experience having received so many quotes from so many companies was that this is a very competitive business and many companies will put their peers down, even if it means lying, to get the sale.

Thank you Yvonne for taking the time to write about your experience with us here at Get it Done Transportation. Its funny; we transport close to 800 cars a month. We send each client a thank you and a link to write a review based off there experience. We ONLY receive 15-25 reviews a month out of the 750plus request for reviews. The reason? It's simple when things go good, clients usually don't write about the experience, BUT if something goes wrong you will get written about in a flash. Now even with that said, we have only received a total of 14 negative reviews in over 2 years and OVER 500 5 star reviews. Being family owned we work extremely hard to give nothing less then a 5 star experience and have a 98.1% success rate in doing so.
