This was the first time I had to personally arrange and pay for the shipment of my vehicle. Needless to say, I was super worried and hesitant to use a company I found online via a mass shipping/search engine. I was so worried that planned to personally drive my car up North and flew back to Florida.

I had over twenty calls and emails within 10 minutes of entering my email in the engine. At that time, I made a list of the people I enjoyed speaking with the most and who neglected to leave out catch phrases like "Bait and Switch" (those who use this phrase are likely to be the ones to use the technique), "Cheapest" (although, GID was, in fact, the most reasonably priced) or those who were the least argumentative and pushy. In addition to speaking on the phone, I did a lot of research online while keeping in mind that most people are only likely to review if their experience is negative. David from Get It Done was one of three brokers to make the cut.

I called all three brokers the day I decided to take a chance on shipping my vehicle opposed to driving it back (last resort but still an option). Again, I felt the most comfortable with David, but was still hesitant to use him as we didn't solidify a contract by the days end. However, he called me first thing in the morning the following day and offered me a pickup that same day. I was thoroughly impressed!! He, also, gave me the opportunity to speak with the driver once a small deposit was made ($100), walked me through the whole process, let me add some items to ship inside my truck, and even emailed me the official contract within five minutes of verbally confirming the pick-up (for my records/ peace-of-mind, only).

The driver, Bob (from Bonarelli), came over with the hauler. He is awesome as well! Both he and David stayed in great contact with me the entire time via email, text, and phone. We were able to negotiate/modify drop off dates/times/locations to better suite my work schedule and I just overall enjoyed speaking with them on the phone.

I took a chance with Get It Done shipping and I am glad I did! With David as the owner/primary Broker, there is little room for failure. He made the adjustments and difficulties associated with relocating 100x easier and, for that, I am forever grateful. Thank you, David!!
