First I want it to be known I called Hannah personally and apologized. The vehicle was delayed and the carrier did communicate with her on this. The car was delivered at the exact rate damage free. Unfortunately, in logistics there are many factors (i.e. weather, traffic, mechanical issues, customer and auction delays) that may make a driver run behind or ahead of schedule. Hannah, didnt wanna hear the reason the driver was delayed, it didnt matter she just wanted her car. We offer a 24/7 customer service, she was calling the direct desk of who she placed the order w/ and not the 24hr # listed on our website. We do ONLY hire carriers rated 98% or better with 5 years driving experience so situations like this dont happen. Again the owner is on top of this and will get it right.
