Thank you for your feed back John, I apologize you feel your service was not 100% to what you expected. we charge no deposit until a clients car is picked up; your car was picked up on time and delivered on time in 2 short days. I did put in the contract for the driver to call you daily which you note in your review how great he is was so i know he followed up as i hired/contracted him to do. Transporting OVER 800 cars a month, with less then 1% (8 total) negative reviews I think our record shows we do go above and beyond for each client. After posting your review; I still sent you a check to take your wife to dinner on us. Thank you for using us and I am glad I was able to make it right. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
