Get It Done did a great job. The actual transporter was a little less than great. First call I received was when the transporter was in town for the pickup (a day or so head's up was expected.) I delayed him until the car was ready (two days) without any difficulty. My guess is that he knew he was supposed to call earlier so didn't complain. Car arrived dirty as expected from an open carrier. However it turns out the majority of the grime was hydraulic fluid not generic road crud. Hydraulic fluid means you have a LEAK in your truck. Get the leak fixed or offer to pay for a wash. When addressed with Get It Done, they readily offered to make it right. Wasn't expecting that but it is certainly appreciated. Get It Done did very well but they don't transport your car. Remember that.

Dom, Thank you of for the candidness in your 5 star review. I appreciate you pointing out how helpful we were and how we were/are with you step by step. I did file a complaint on the driver to have a full inspection on his truck for any leaking fluids and also made sure to get you out a check for the full detail due to the hydraulic fluid. thank you for the chance to work for you and GET IT DONE!
