This was our first experience with transport so we have nothing to compare it to. The driver's original estimate for pickup time was set back twice which necessitated us to stay late waiting. Ray was however good about communicating his delays and keeping us informed. The delivery was orginally estimated to be late on Saturday which would have been quicker then expected but the driver was unable to deliver the other cars on his truck due to arriving on Sunday. As our car was the last to unload, Ray said delivering it on Sunday would require him to unload 8 cars to get to ours. I said this was unnecessary and so he delivered Monday afternoon. Again the driver contacted us three times keeping us informed of his progress and estimating his delivery time.
