I needed to have a vehicle shipped from Indiana to Georgia. This place offered the best price and seemed reputable. The process of scheduling everything seemed quick and helpful, but the issue was actually getting their drivers to show up on time. I was to receive an itinerary from the brokers and that never occurred, but I was still optimistic. To summarize briefly, I was told they would pick the car up at 5 PM, then 8 PM, then midnight. Each time I had to call to get an update and after staying up until 1 AM, they told me they would show up at 6 AM the next morning. At 7 AM, my car was finally picked up by 2 employees that I am sure have broken multiple policies on length of driving a commercial vehicle. Sadly, when the car was shipped home, my parents had to deal with the same ridiculous tardiness. Overall, this was a terrible experience once the broker had their payment. In the future, I will attempt to research the trucking companies that actually do the work a little better or just hire a professional transportation business.

This review is being reviewed by management! As you see in the review below, written two days prior to this review, our company was being praised for GREAT COMMUNICATION. W/ over 760 5 star reviews we have NEVER had a complaint about about changing the price on a client or having unresolved claims, unfortunately in logistics with so many factors (i.e. weather, traffic, auction/customer delays, and but not limited to mechanical issues) a truck can run behind by no more then 24hrs but we ALWAYS keep the client informed! Get it Done Transportation is one of the few company's that GUARANTEE our prices, and being family owned and operated are proud to say we ship over 800 cars a month, proving we are big enough to GET IT DONE, yet small enough to care.
