Dave Pein at Getitdone proved that you can only really test customer service if there are problems. We had some set backs that delayed my shipment. But Dave stepped up and got my car shipped and delivered at the price promised. Despite the initial set backs his responsiveness proved to me that they are an organization focused on great customer service, I would use them again for my next move.
