GID transported my car from WA to CA on time and at a very reasonable price. The car reached in a very good condition.

However the car front grill had few bugs, but that is expected since it was in an open transportation. Not sure if GID provides enclosed option, would try that next time.

I spoke with David Pein (it looks all customer service calls reach his desk), he was very prompt and specific about the entire process and the cost. Was able to get updates from him quickly. The carrier (Ram Transport LLC) was flexible about changing the pickup date without any hassles and any extra charge.

Would definitely use GID next time. Highly recommended!
