I'm a student at Florida state university and needed my car transported to Tallahassee from my home. I made several calls and eventually came to the agreement with my parents that Get it Done was the company we would have transport my car. We had used Dave before and once again, his company seemed liked the smartest option. Dave answered the phone and was very professional, courteous, and honest with all of his responses and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. I got on my flight to Tallahassee under the assumption that my car, which was in transport at the time, would be in Tallahassee within a few hours of my arrival. I get home and to my dismay, my car was no where to be found and when I called the carrier, I got no answer with a call back close to midnight saying they had broke down and were not going to make it for another couple days. I called Dave frantically at 1 am not expecting an answer from the owner of the company. But he did answer and stayed in contact with me for 45 minutes until all of my questions were fully answered and the carrier gave him a specific timeline of when my car would arrive. To speed up the process, and since he uses carriers who he has close relationships with, he was able to get my car on another carrier in the area and brought to me first thing in the morning. The process of transporting my car was not flawless, but Dave did everything in his power to make my experience everything it should be. I am a repeat customer, and again will be using Get it Done's services at the end of this semester. This time- with out looking anywhere else.
