Hi Matt, Initially we were not sure how this transport deserved 0 Stars, your car was picked up and hauled on our carrier from FL - TX in 2 days, undamaged at the exact cost you were quoted. After reading this we contacted Matt and did send him a $100 check for detailing of his vehicle, and for the awkwardness he felt from the driver. We also clarified that the driver only drove his vehicle down the street because of the low clearance of the trees, he did not want to damage the top loaded vehicles with branches, and he was dressed in long clothes because it was below 50 degrees. Transporting over 700 cars a month, with OVER 600 5 star reviews and less then 9 TOTAL negative reviews (which NON of our 0 star reviews are ever about change of price or unresolved damages).
