I've transported my car before; so I've had good experiences and bad ones. Recently, I needed a transport company and didn't have time to get a bunch of quotes and read a lot of reviews. I visited a site that rates transport companies and "Get It Done" had a significant number of positive reviews, far more than others - so that's the one call I made; the one quote I got. The first thing I liked on his website was the photo of his two young sons. The second thing I liked was the owner Dave's friendliness and willingness to accomodate me on price and time.
One can really judge a company's ingegrity when things don't go exactly right. Things didn't go exactly right because of a technical glitch that was no fault of Dave's or mine, but he fixed it and assured me that he would work to resolve the problem until my mind was at peace. Even sent photos of the paperwork he did to resolve the matter. Overall, my experience from beginning to end was excellent and I would recommend "Get It Done" to anyone who wants to get the job done right, and wants to deal with a quality company who cares about accomodating their customers.
