Many tricks , smoke and mirrors in this business. Learned a lot through this nightmare process. Get it done was a savior. A little higher than I wanted to pay but you pay for what you get most of time in this business. If peace of mind is valued then go with these guys as they did exactly as they said they would. Pretty sure that's a rarity in this biz from a lot of he reviews I read online. Do your homework or just pick these guys. Thanks get it done.
