Ashley, yes most companies policies are once the vehicle is assigned to the driver there is no refund. NOT HERE! Being family owned we understand things happen and they come up and money doesn't come easy! We DO NOT charge a deposit until the driver is assigned and even after that; your deposit is FULLY refundable as long as you cancel at least 24hrs before date assigned for pick up.
