Steve, Thank you for your feedback. Get it Done respects all feedback good and bad because of your feedback my company is now stronger and better by learning from every experience. The car was delayed on being picked up by two days, once the car was picked up, it was delivered in 4 days total, with no damages. As far as the lack of communication, my sister Linda was out of the office due to complications w/ her pregnancy; you called her desk direct, once you called the main office line I was there throughout. (even at midnight at one time.) Shipping nearly 700 cars a month it is important for any potential future client of ours to look through the 500 plus reviews and see a total of less then 1% negative feedback. We tried to make this right and Steve found more peace in the process of writing a bad review. I hope this shows we are human and all of our reviews are legitimate, uncompensated for and done out of kindness from our clients based on our handwork we provided.
