Mr Moore, Thank you for writing your 5 star review based on your 5 star experience. Yes, typically the deposit is ONLY charged once the vehicle is ASSIGNED to the carrier, in your case we did have the carrier assigned but when he got there two of the cars wouldnt start, so we were forced to cancel until you fixed the issues with the vehicle.
