Will, Thank you for the 5 star review. Yes, communication broke down a bit do to the holiday, I had the H2 picked up the day before Thanksgiving and while you were calling the office on Thanksgiving we were all at home eating with our family, with that being said I did answer every email through my iphone, and the car was delivered the following day after Thanksgiving that Black Friday as promised.
