The broker, David Pein ( Get it Done Transportation), was incredibly responsive, available, knowledgeable and conscientious. I corresponded with him many times over the internet and on the phone to set up the car transport and he always responded to me promptly and was so courteous and helpful. He was totally honest and reassuring. I had never transported a car before and was concerned especially since I did not have a personal reference and the car was going from Delray Beach, Florida to Los Angeles, CA. The price was reasonable and fair. The transport company, GLP was also terrific- they called me before to set up the time and check on the specifics; called me when the car was getting close to the destination AND,- the driver gave me his cell phone just so I could contact him if I needed. The car arrived in the exact same condition in which it was put on the truck. It was all and all, a terrific experience and I would absolutely use David Pein again. In fact, we take our BMW up to NYC back and forth on the auto train every year and we are going to consider transporting it this way next year.
