GET IT DONE TO THE RESCUE!!!!

There is a phrase I use to hear on the cartoons, " HERE HE COMES TO SAVE THE DAY!" I am so greatful to this company for first of all helping me to get my dads car finally to me. Linda Pein was SO kind and gracious to educate me on this business and how it works. She was very polite, kind and respectful with her sweet southern, "'YES MA''M!" She called, text and emailed me constantly keeping me fully informed of every thing that was happening. Because of the time difference of our time zones she graciously allowed me to call her at anytime and she would always immediately respond. After guiding me through the business of how transportation companies work, Linda explained to me how I was probably not going to be able to get a driver and why. I was very disturbed that something like this was really happening to me. I only had a very short time before I needed to get back to work and I really couldn't afford to drive across country because of the cost of gas. I was really pissed off of how a company could set up a customer and they not even know it. But Linda once again reassured me that GET IT DONE TRANSPORTATION company will GET IT DONE and they DID! After about a week of no replies I came up with another idea and Linda agreed it was a good move on how to move forward and she began to orchastrate everything. I had to get two companies; one from Georgia to Texas and the other from Texas to Southern California. Both drivers were very kind, excellent and helpful. If it wasn't for Linda's great customer service and willingness to help me every step of the way I would probably still be waiting for a driver. When a business gives personal attention and extends themselves the extra mile for a customer, that customer will always have the best adverstisment for them. Everyone now knows and will continue to know that GET IT DONE TRANSPORT AND LINDA PEIN really do GET IT DONE!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING LINDA.

Francena, It was my pleasure in getting this done for you so smoothly after the headache you had endured with the other company, I have never been called a super hero before but I must admitt I did smile really big while reading your review, it always feels good to know our hard work gets noticed.
