I hired Gentle Touch to transport my Touareg from Dallas Texas to Bellingham Washington. The car was scheduled to show up in Bellingham on Friday afternoon. It actually showed up on Sunday at midnight. When the car arrived I heard a "hissing" noise and noticed a tire was leaking. Someone had tried to plug the tire which had a hole in the center of the tread about the size of a quarter. Needless to say the plug was not holding. The driver claimed not to be aware of the tire problem. I learned later from Scott at gentle touch that the driver had been filling up the tire the entire trip. Scott also claims this is not their responsibility and has refused to pay for a replacement tire.
