Frank and his team absolutely nailed it. I had a vehicle moving from Central California to Kentucky. Frank was super responsive, provided transparent pricing which did not change at any point, and did not pressure me to sign anything until I was comfortable / ready. During the intake, he told me the vehicle would be picked up on Monday and Delivered by Saturday and that’s exactly what happened.
Overall I spent three days speaking with different companies who quoted me at much lower price but through those interviews found that those companies quote you at a low price, put the job on a bid board at a higher price, and then come back to you after you sign anything agreement, saying sorry the price changed. You can cancel but you would lose your down payment.
I share all this because Frank and his team provided me with a hassle free experience, the price did not change, the vehicle was picked up and delivered as expected in perfect condition. Save yourself the time and just book with Frank.
