I was a little skeptical at first but when I learned how the process actually works I was relieved. All the “brokers” or car transportation companies put your info into a Central Dispatch system. When a third party driver is going and available from your origination/destination they contact the “broker” and he either accepts your price or increases it. Then the broker will contact you and notify you of your price increase (if original price wasn’t accepted). The $100 fee goes to the broker, the rest goes to the transport guy. My advice would be to ask the broker what his fees are. Garcia charged $100 which was very fair compared to others.
Our transport driver was extremely helpful and personable (Estrada Transport).
I would highly recommend.
