I would give more stars if I could!! My daughter had reserved a different transport service - Move Wheels in the beginning of Dec. for a pick up on the 21 st. She reserved it well in advance to secure a spot and not worry.She's a student and keeping the price low was important to her. On the day of pick up, they called & cancelled because other clients had cancelled!! They virtually ABANDONED my daughter and left my daughter stranded in a small town with no apologies, no alternative rig,NOTHING!!! They even stopped communicating with us! We couldn't get through to anyone for hours after the nightmare began!! She was moving and had a plane to catch! I immediately called Garcia's Auto Transport,because I had their information & had spoken with the owner Mike. He has always been kind, and very professional and that stuck out to me from any other company I dealt with! I explained my predicament and he got on it right away! Mike within 24 hours, now mind you, it's the holidays now & many drivers are not working, he found a company that could get my daughter's vehicle!! he e-mailed me the name of the company & the driver with his phone number. I could have hugged him through the phone!! It was a Christmas miracle! If you read this review & use Move Wheels, you deserve what you get-NOTHING!!! This is a competitive business and many of you won't know who or where to turn to. I can promise you and give you peace of mind, you won't regret contacting Mike Garcia with Garcia's Auto transport!! He is the kind of person you want to do business with! I can't thank him enough, for doing my daughter a solid!! I will definitely use him again if I ever need to use a transport company in the future! I'm telling everyone I know about him and how wonderful he was!! Other transport companies can learn a lot from Mike Garcia and how to treat a customer!!
