Garcia's Auto actually had two different orders from the client. Two truck drivers were assigned and dispatched on time for the client. Both truck drivers arrived at each pick up location on time. What the client is forgetting to mention is that the second vehicle was inoperable and the truck driver wasted time and money going to a location for a vehicle he couldn't load because that specific truck didn't have a winch. After we were notified from the driver that the vehicle was inoperable(which the client did not inform us of), we started working right away for the next available truck driver. We were always in communication with the client. He called on short notice to cancel with a disrespectful attitude, we informed him that if he would like to cancel there would be no cancelation fees and that he would receive store credit for any future transportation and instead of going with another broker and paying another brokers fee he should just stay with us and let us finish our job.Keep in mind the truck driver actually went to the pickup location, there was time wasted because the vehicle would not start.
