This is the second time I use Garcia's Auto Transport as broker for a vehicle transport. The experience overall was positive. The car arrived on time--which was critical in this case as timing had to be within a very narrow window--and in excellent condition. On the pick-up end the communication was not optimal, as I had to call myself several times to confirm and get information (I feel that the driver should have been better about calling), and ended up being delayed by a little more than a day from the originally indicated date. Nonetheless, it arrived on time which was most important. On the delivery end communication was good and the process was smooth.
