ON 7/19/18 scheduled pick up for 7/27/18. The bank dropped the ball and didn't get the check out in time so we spoke with Richard and had him change the date to 7/31/18. On 7/28/18 he called my husband (not exaggerating) 20 times. He knew the check wasn't at the dealership we had told him this. I sent him an email saying it would not be ready until 7/31/18 and he confirmed. That was the last we talked to him. He is MIA. I have sent several emails and we have called over and over. The car is ready and now I have no one to get it from the dealership. I am so disappointed I cried for 30 mins. Thank you Richard for not doing your job, now I have to wait another week for my car.
