Fred was great. He had arranged for the car to be picked up really quickly, but I had a little bit of a problem because my seller had gone on vacation and was not available when the driver had problems getting the car released. Fred arranged for another truck to pickup my car. The battery was dead so the driver had to jump my car upon pick up and delivery and did so without complaining. The driver had called me the night before delivery and the morning of delivery. Based on my conversation with him, I had him deliver my car to a local dealer so that they could service the car that day. The car was delivered on time and without any problem. G&L was also one of the lowest quotes that I received, so I was pleased overall.
