Both the broker and the transport company delivered on their promises. The best part of the broker services was the ability to contact them at any time and get a response whether it was scheduling the transport in the first place or finding out when delivery would occur. The fact that I did not have to pay any money up front was the beginning of the good trust relationship between me and the broker. The driver of the truck was also very congenial and gave me assurances that my vehicle would be transported safely and securely as it turned out.
