Overall the move went well. Fred was easy to deal with, the car was picked up on time and available a day early on delivery. We lived and learned from the experience. The initial inspection was done by a friend who hadnt done it before, and we hadnt either. The car had a scratch on the rear bumper, the picture of the car had a circle on the entire read end. We had no case to argue on the new damage to the trunk lid.

Before shipping by any carrier, take extensive detailed pictures, and when shipped make sure the paperwork is detailed and extensive so as to limit damage notes to protect the car owner.

The driver was easy to deal with and courteous, stuff happens and this did. I dont believe he had any knowledge of the damage it just happened. Protect yourself and cover your ass...ets

THIS IS WHY WE AT G L STRESS OUR CUSTOMER TO DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION ON PICK UP AND DELIVERY, IT IS SO IMPORTANT. FRED P G L
