The problem I had with this company is the fact that they never had a concrete answer as to when my car was going to picked up. I put my order on June 2, 2008 for a move on June 20, 2008 and to this day there were no arrangments for a driver. I was told 2 weeks ago, last week and again today that a driver will be calling me. I dont like the run around these people are not the ones trying to move so what does G&L care. I got the same answer to an uncertain outcome. That un-certainty led me to cancel theorder TODAY and rebook with another carrierTODAY, which said they will be there durring the date I need them. Well at least they were nice, but nice isn't going to get my car to the East Coast.

THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP UNTIL 07-20 AND I HAD NOT LOCATED A CARRIER, SO HOW COULD I GIVE THE CUSTOMER A ANSWER TO SOMETHING I DID NOT KNOW. I NEVER TOLD HIM AT ANY TIME THAT A DRVER WOULD BE CALLING HIM. I WISH THIS CUSTOMER WOULD GET HIS STORY STRAIGHT. FRED G&L
